Gotcha Security is dedicated to providing top-of-the-line service and support for your security system.  To best serve you, please follow the steps below:


1) Send an email to with the property and issue in the subject line.
2) Detail the issues of the problem in the email,  providing as much information as possible.
3) CC all pertinent persons
4) You and all CC'd will receive an automatic confirmation.
5) All communication regarding the service ticket should be kept in the email thread.

You will receive notifications when the service call is scheduled, status changed, completed, and more.
